Dr. Bradley attended medical school at the University of South Alabama and then completed residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.

Dr. Bradley resides in Fairhope, AL with his wife and 2 dachshunds, and he enjoys constantly learning a new skill.

Jacqueline Claire Thomas, CPNP

Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Claire completed her undergraduate studies at Birmingham-Southern College and then attended South Alabama’s accelerated nursing program. She worked in the PICU for five years before earning her nurse practitioner degree. Her passion for pediatrics is fueled by the resiliency and pure joy of children. Claire grew up in Fairhope, AL, where she now lives with her husband, David, and their 2-year-old son, Mac. Her favorite place to be is Robinson Island, OBA.

Shannon Swiderski, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Shannon attended the University of South Alabama to obtain her nursing degree and Chamberlain University to become a nurse practitioner. She brings a lifelong passion for caring for children. Her nursing experience includes 2 years in pediatric inpatient and 7 years in the pediatric ER. She then worked for 2 years as an NP in pediatric neurology. Shannon is originally from Minnesota and has lived on the Alabama gulf coast for 15 years.  She now resides in Elberta with her husband and daughter. She enjoys attending local events, working out, and relaxing with her family.
